Mynt IPO Opens Real-Time Allocation for GStocks PH Users Starting at 100 Shares
Filipinos using GStocks PH, the stock-trading service offered by AB Capital Securities Inc., can subscribe to the Mynt initial public offering (IPO) directly through the GCash app from October 6 to 12, 2026.
The offering is priced at ₱6.60 per share, allowing eligible GStocks PH users to start with 100 shares for only ₱660. Investors may also place orders for additional shares while the available allocation lasts.
Real-Time Allocation for the First 100 Shares
GStocks PH is giving its users an exclusive opportunity to receive real-time allocation for their first 100 shares.
For orders submitted on October 6 and 7, the first 100 shares will be allocated in real time, subject to availability. Any order exceeding the initial 100 shares will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis, also depending on the remaining share supply.
Processing of fulfilled orders will begin on October 8.
Users can also monitor their IPO subscription through their GStocks PH dashboard, where orders will be identified as fulfilled, pending, or unfulfilled.
The digital process means eligible Filipinos can participate in the Mynt IPO through GCash without having to maintain a bank account or coordinate separately with another broker.

Mynt IPO Could Become the Philippines’ Largest
Mynt Inc., the parent company of the group behind GCash, has secured its Permit to Sell from the Securities and Exchange Commission, enabling the company to proceed with its IPO offer period from October 6 to 12.
The offering involves more than 8 billion shares at the final offer price of ₱6.60 per share, representing an IPO size of approximately ₱53.0 billion.
The offering has attracted significant interest from more than 20 global and local institutions. These include certain funds and separately managed accounts overseen by relevant investment management subsidiaries of BlackRock Inc., as well as IFC, a member of the World Bank Group focused on the private sector, BPI Asset Management and Trust Corporation, and Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company – Trust Banking Group.
These institutional investors account for 70% of the allocation, with additional commitments to acquire remaining unsold shares following the offer period.
If the overallotment option of up to 1,204,111,400 secondary common shares is fully exercised, the offering could raise approximately ₱60.9 billion.
At that level, the Mynt offering would become the largest IPO in Philippine history.
Against this backdrop of strong institutional interest, GStocks PH provides retail investors with an opportunity to participate alongside major financial institutions. Users can access real-time allocation for their first 100 shares and may subscribe to additional shares through GCash, subject to availability.
