Buglasan Festival 2025: The Grand Return of Negros Orientalβs Festival of Festivals | Schedule of Activities
Theme: βCelebrating Cultures, Honoring Heritage, Amplifying Arts, Connecting Communities, and Optimizing Opportunities for Allβ
In 2025, the Buglasan Festival promises a full spectrum of cultural shows, competitions, fairs, and festive parades across Dumaguete City and the province of Negros Oriental. This yearβs edition will run from October 16 to 26.
Nearly 50 contests and activities are lined up, involving 24 out of the 25 local government units (LGUs) in the province.
Because of the scale of the event, 477 police and security personnel will be mobilized to ensure safety at key venues and public areas.
