This June, I had the privilege of conducting not just one, but two impactful seminars for the scholars of the City of Victorias at CPSU Victorias Campus—an experience made even richer with Archimedes Valderrama joining as another speaker. As a consultant and trainer, these back-to-back training activities allowed me to channel my passion for empowering young minds, providing them with tools and inspiration to face their future with confidence and purpose.

The first seminar, “Preparing for the Job Interviews,” was meticulously designed for newly graduated scholars about to embark on their professional journeys. My approach was immersive and practical, blending personality development exercises, resume-building workshops, and a realistic mock interview. Watching participants transform—from tentative graduates into self-assured job seekers—was a powerful reminder of why I do what I do. Every handshake, every revised resume, and every confident answer in our mock interviews was a testament to the scholars’ growth and readiness to take on the world.
