Since the target audience of the negros power is the entirety of the negros inhabitants, i believe that their criteria should revolve around transparency and adequate timing in delivering news to the citizens. Some of the people might not be very understanding of the situation mainly when there are sudden interruptions in said electricity power therefore clarity and transparency with those clients will be the best way to combat their concerns and address them accordingly.
